Kooth

Kooth is a free, safe online community and counselling site for children and young people. Funded by Birmingham Children’s Partnership (BCP), it looks after 500k children and young people across the UK every year.

Students Against Depression
Are you, or someone you care, about feeling sad, low, anxious or empty?

Depression is more common than you might think with 1-in-10 people experiencing depression and/ or anxiety in any one year.

Students Against Depression offers information and resources validated by health professionals, alongside tips and advice from students.

Children’s Mental Health

We care deeply about the wellbeing of our students and thankfully there are lots of places where we can get support. Such as Place 2 Be’s Children’s Mental Health Week website, which is full of resources to encourage young, healthy minds. It doesn’t have to be February to think about our mental health or that of our children. Take a look for yourself in the links below.
