Curriculum Intent

Here at Rockwood Academy the languages department’s intent is to ensure every student becomes a global citizen and for learners to be enriched and be able to contribute to the literature and culture of communities around the world. We aspire to expose our students to a broad and ambitious MFL curriculum, which develops an interest and thirst for learning other languages.

A curriculum that is rich in skills and knowledge which instils curiosity and promotes diversity and tolerance of other cultures.
